The Pikes
Peak Historical Street Railway Foundation is a non-profit, all volunteer
organization dedicated to restoring street railway service to Colorado
Springs and Manitou Springs, Colorado, with all funds raised by our
organization.

Membership
dues in part help to pay general operating expenses, including:
- Enhancement and
upkeep on the trolley barn
- Rent and
insurance
- Utilities and
phone
- Expansion and upkeep
on the interpretive center
- Upkeep on PCC #2129
(already restored) and test track
- Some shop supplies
and tools
- Mailings, brochures,
and media exposure
Volunteers are
needed to help us meet our goals, including the following
skills:
- Wood-working
- Metal-working
- Electrical
- Machinist
- Welding
- Trolley
restoration
- General
labor
- General
organization
- Secretarial/Administrative
As the year 2004 and
our expected operation approaches, your continued membership and volunteer
